We are looking for an Experienced Nursery Practitioner with Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS). Responsibilities

• As an EYTS-qualified practitioner, drive pedagogical excellence across our Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) provision.
• Plan and deliver a rich, stimulating, and age-appropriate curriculum that meets the individual needs and interests of every child, from birth to five years.
• Provide exceptional pastoral care and support, building positive relationships with children to ensure their emotional well-being and a strong sense of belonging.
• Act as a 'Key Person' for a group of children, tracking their progress through accurate observation and assessment, and sharing these insights with parents.
• Lead by example, inspiring colleagues with best practices and innovative approaches to early years education.
• Foster strong, collaborative relationships with parents and carers, recognising their vital role in their child’s learning journey.
• Help create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive indoor and outdoor learning environment that challenges and enables young children to grow in confidence and independence.

• Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS) and relevant experience in an early years setting.
• An in-depth understanding of the EYFS framework and a passion for delivering a child-led, play-based curriculum.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Experience supporting children with special needs in their learning and development.
