A prominent educational institution in Ashford is searching for an Executive Assistant to support the Head of Prep School. This role requires strong organisational skills and the ability to manage diaries, travel, and correspondence effectively. Ideal candidates will have experience supporting senior leadership and be adept in communication and IT. Candidates will represent the school and must demonstrate discretion and professionalism. This position is 40 hours per week during term time and four additional weeks during holidays.

Overview

Ashford School is looking for a highly organised and professional Executive Assistant to support the Head of Prep School.

This key role involves managing diaries, travel, and correspondence, supporting HR and recruitment processes, maintaining confidential records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You will be the first point of contact for staff and parents, representing the school with warmth and professionalism.

This is a forty hour a week position, working during term time (35 weeks), plus and additional four weeks during the holidays.
