Executive Assistant – Investor Relations Team
£65,000 - £70,000
6 month FTC

Are you a proactive, detail-oriented Executive Assistant looking to thrive in a fast-paced, team orientated environment? My client is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant who is a highly organised individual, to support to the Investor Relations team in an all encompassing role.

This role will be an initial 6 month FTC with the potential to extend. Hybrid working available with 1 day per week from home. Hours 9am – 5:30pm


What you’ll do:

As the Executive Assistant, you’ll be the backbone of a busy Investor Relations function, providing top-tier administrative and strategic support to a team that interacts with key stakeholders, senior leadership, and external investors.
  • Provide extensive EA support to the Head of Investor Relations and team
  • Manage complex diaries and calendars, coordinate meetings, and schedule investor roadshows
  • Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and meeting agendas
  • Handle confidential documents and correspondence with discretion
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders
  • Support logistics for investor events
  • Anticipate team needs to continue driving efficiency

What you’ll need:
  • Proven EA experience within financial services, investor relations experience is advantageous
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills with a meticulous attention to detail
  • A self-starter who thrives under pressure and adapts quickly to change
  • Discretion and professionalism in dealing with sensitive and confidential matters
  • A team player who enjoys collaboration.
