What will I do?

Responsible for all aspects of reservations and event sales functions, focusing on maximising bedroom, meeting, and event revenue opportunities through enquiries and confirmed bookings. Working closely with the Central Events desk, you will manage a team of 2 sales executives, ensuring customers receive outstanding service.

Is this the role for me?

• Experience in event sales, reservations, or as a sales executive
• Experience in hospitality is preferred but not essential
• Strong people management skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• KPI and target driven
