Location: Bristol (Office-based)
Working Hours: 2:00pm – 11:00pm, Monday–Friday
Base Salary: £27,000 – £30,000
First-Year OTE: £55,000 – £65,000
Top Performers: £70,000 – £100,000+
Relocation Opportunity: U.S. placement available after successful initial period

What You’ll Be Doing

As an Event Sales Executive, your mission is to drive revenue growth by building relationships with U.S.-based companies and helping them connect with new opportunities through our exhibitions.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying high-potential U.S. companies and key decision-makers

  • Reaching out via phone, email, and social channels

  • Pitching and selling exhibition stands and sponsorship opportunities

  • Managing and growing your own book of business

  • Achieving KPIs that lead to fast-track promotion

  • Gaining deep experience in international event sales and delivery

  • Relocating to a U.S. office (based on performance and readiness)
