We are currently recruiting for a Temporary English Lecturer to deliver engaging and inspiring lessons to learners at a leading Further and Higher Education provider in Romford. This is a full-time role, ideal for a skilled and motivated educator looking to make a meaningful impact in a supportive teaching environment.

About the Role

As a Lecturer in English, you will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality lessons across a range of levels. You will guide and support students to develop their English skills, ensuring they are well-prepared for both academic progression and future career opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging English lessons in line with curriculum requirements.
• Plan and prepare schemes of work, adapting resources to meet learners' needs.
• Provide constructive feedback and monitor student progress, attendance and achievements.
• Create an inclusive classroom environment that supports and motivates all learners.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to departmental quality assurance processes.

Qualifications and Experience
