A prominent health organization in Wales is seeking a highly organized individual to join their Endoscopy team at Glan Clwyd Hospital. The role requires excellent customer service skills, IT competency, and the ability to solve problems. Welsh language skills must be learned within 12 months. Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and highly organised individual to join our Endoscopy team within the Glan Clwyd Hospital.

You will work alongside the nursing staff, Doctors, the public, management and staff from internal and external sources through the provision of clerical duties.

High levels of customer service and excellent communication/interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to use your own initiative to solve problems as they arise.

You will have experience in an administrative role preferably worked with the public and be competent in IT in the workplace. Attention to detail and accurate data capture is paramount.

1 x 25 hours

Welsh to be learnt within 12 months.

Main duties of the job
