Responsibilities
  • Follow the individual’s lead and personalised support plan to provide care and encouragement.
  • Keep accurate records (training will be provided).
  • Provide personal care or medication assistance as needed.
  • Potentially cover sleep-in shifts with an extra £60 per session.
  • Support the individual in maintaining a safe and comfortable home.
  • Assist with daily tasks such as shopping and cooking.
  • Encourage participation in volunteering and community-based activities.
  • Provide compassionate support with personal care and medication as required.
  • Drive is essential for this role.
Qualifications / Requirements
  • Emotionally resilient and able to maintain clear professional boundaries.
  • Passionate about empowering others.
  • Experience or willingness to support individuals with Autism, ADHD, and behaviours that challenge.
