A leading foodservice provider in the United Kingdom is looking for a dynamic Employee Relations Coordinator to support their employee relations team. This role involves triaging queries, handling ER matters, and maintaining accurate documentation. With flexible working hours and a strong emphasis on development, this is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to grow within the HR field.
An exciting role has become available as part of our newly structured operating model within People Services at Bidfood. Working in our employee relations team this role will be the first point of contact for ER queries and cases across the business. Our service provides people managers with the support they need when they need it and it is for that reason this role requires the ability to work at pace, be an excellent communicator, work as a team but also on your own, multitask and be flexible to the needs of the business.
There is the expectation that this role will cover core hours of 8am-8pm and for that reason we have two positions available 8-4pm and 12-8pm. This would be an ideal development role for someone who is working through their CIPD level 5 or has recently completed this and looking to specialise in employee relations.
