Qualifications

  • Strong instrumentation knowledge, ideally through apprenticeship.
  • Experience with PLCs for fault finding.
  • Solid understanding of Health & Safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Perform electrical maintenance on plant equipment.
  • Implement condition-based maintenance programs.
  • Assist with basic mechanical tasks as needed.

Skills

Electrical qualification (HNC/NVQ Level 3+)
Instrumentation knowledge
Experience with PLCs
Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Experience with AC & DC variable speed drives
Ability to read electrical schematics
Basic mechanical aptitude
Problem solving skills
Understanding of Health & Safety standards
