A leading social housing contractor in Islington is seeking an Electrical Inspector. The role involves inspecting electrical installations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and liaising with clients and subcontractors. Candidates should possess relevant City and Guilds qualifications and experience in electrical maintenance. Benefits include a company van, annual leave, and various staff perks.
Electrical Inspector – Islington. Full Time, Permanent. Salary up to £45,900 per annum, plus company van and fuel card.

As an Electrical Inspector you will work on our social housing contract, helping provide a stable and profitable contract, delivering excellent service and support through our local teams who understand the importance of working together for the local community.
In the Islington branch, you will be responsible for inspecting works to verify compliance and quality of electrical installation works on Capital Works projects, inspecting installations, creating reports, and liaising with the client and subcontractors.

To drive a Mears vehicle, you must be aged over 21, have held your licence for more than 3 months, and have fewer than 9 points.
