Graduate Sales Development Representative – Legal AI Software Solutions

£23k basic salary, generous uncapped bonus with minimum first year £10k OTE
Legal Tech Start-up, amazing trendy offices in city centre
Working exclusively to US time zones – 11am to 7pm or 12pm to 8pm Mon-Fri working pattern

Celsius Graduate Recruitment are delighted to be working with an ambitious legal software solutions start-up in Manchester City Centre who are leading the way in their highly sought-after market.

Our client’s product is a game-changing Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solution platform, which uses AI learning, data points, scoring systems and sophisticated tech to manage all legal contract needs. They are revolutionising and simplifying processes for lawyers, in-house counsels, huge organisations and SMEs and have already gained business from brands such as Fujifilm, Huel and Moonpig to name but a few.

They are looking for driven, hungry graduates to join their successful sales team. You will be someone who is sales focussed, resilient, ambitious and with the dynamism to take the sales focus of the company forward. Strong candidates have a real chance of progressing to a senior role within 9-12 months whilst receiving tailored mentoring and development from both the VP of Business Development and Chief Revenue Officer.

Due to recent expansion, our client is looking to penetrate the US market with their amazing AI powered legal software. You will be responsible for building a new business pipeline within your assigned territory and meeting daily activity targets through phone calls, emails and LinkedIn correspondence with potential clients.
