Join Our Team at Filton Avenue Nursery School and Children’s Centre Located in the vibrant, diverse community of Horfield, Bristol. Filton Avenue Nursery School and Children’s Centre offers high-quality Early Years education for children aged 2–4 years. We are dedicated to providing a wide range of family support services and fostering a warm, supportive environment for both children and their families. We are a friendly and professional team committed to achieving the highest standards for our children and families, and we are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic, creative, and experienced Early Years Practitioner to join us.

The Ideal Candidate Will
  • Have at least 1 year’s experience working with children aged 2–4 years
  • Be passionate about the care and development of young children and be able to support play and move learning on
  • Be committed to working collaboratively with parents/carers and the wider team
  • Have experience working with vulnerable families
  • Bring innovation and a fresh, free-thinking approach to early years education
  • Be able to inspire, motivate, and positively impact both children and colleagues
  • Hold a relevant L2 qualification to work in Early Years

The successful candidate will initially work with children aged 2-3 years, supporting their development in a nurturing environment.
