A healthcare organization in London is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join the eRostering Team. The role involves implementing and supporting the electronic rostering system, requiring high IT literacy and experience in training. Ideal candidates should have previous NHS experience and be adept in data interrogation and Excel. The position offers a salary of £37,259 to £45,356 per annum.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, dynamic individual to join the eRostering Team at Whittington Health. The team are responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the electronic rostering system whilst offering support, training and guidance to users of all levels to ensure safe and effective rostering along with effective and accurate absence and time and attendance reporting.
The successful candidate will have high levels of IT literacy with recent extensive experience of using information systems, ideally with e-Rostering modules. Experience of delivering training would be beneficial.
We are seeking highly motivated, proactive and dynamic individuals to join our Corporate Team. You will need to understand the clinical environment and be able to advice on methods of improving rostering practices for all staff groups that will benefit patients and drive out financial savings.
You will be capable of demonstrating that you can engage with operational staff to gather requirements, configure the Healthroster system, and provide training on the system for managers. As well as possessing excellent organisation skills and experience, you will be able to demonstrate that you can engage effectively with a wide and varied workforce to ensure that the new system delivers the intended benefits.
The main duties of this role are to provide first-line helpdesk support and to provide end users of the Optima system with advice and guidance on effective rostering principles. To ensure the posting and contractual information are kept updated on Optima in line with theinformation on ESR. In addition, to identify and promote best practice in roster creation and ensure rosters consistently meet the required qualitystandards.
The appointed individual will be required to work across departments and at different levels of theorganisations to inspire, design, and support change as well as delivering technical and administrative support. The role will present a number of opportunities to gain exposure to the manyfacets of eRostering.
