A leading transport company is seeking a proactive Driver Development Manager responsible for overseeing driver training, compliance, and performance improvement across multiple sites. You will lead a team of Driver Development Coaches, ensuring excellence in training delivery and adherence to compliance standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a commitment to enhancing driver performance while reducing operational risks. This full-time position requires flexibility and includes a competitive salary package.
Location: Covering Cumbria, South West Scotland & Lancashire
Reports to: Head of HR
Salary: £40,000 £50,000 per annum (including car allowance or company vehicle)
Hours: 42.5 hours / week - 5 out of 7 days, with evening work as required
