The challenge :

Adobe’s Digital Strategy Group works with C-level leadership at leading companies to advise on digital strategy and transformation for customer-centric experiences, audience monetisation and digital innovation with AI & Agentic.

What you’ll do :

As a Principal in the Digital Strategy Group team, you will lead strategy consulting engagements for major brands, primarily in the Telecoms, Media, Entertainment and Sports (TME) Industries. You will work closely with a team of sales executives and specialists to conduct analyses, develop insights, and deliver impactful recommendations for customer experience transformation and value realisation.

What you’ll need to succeed :
  • Highly collaborative individual able to work in complex project / matrix environments and support fast-paced commercial motions
  • Experience in leading engagements with a structured problem-solving approach (like you would get from working in a top management consulting firm or digital agency)
  • Expertise in crafting digital experience, marketing, or monetisation strategies along with a high-level understanding of marketing technologies and tactics needed for execution
  • Experience in formulating enterprise-level digital transformation strategies
  • Expertise in building financial models / return on investment models and in conjunction with clients’ business and finance teams
  • Understanding of SaaS commercial and deal structures to advise sales teams and deliver financial models
  • Experience in coordinating, crafting, and running workshops with multiple internal & external parties
  • Develop & deliver thought leadership to customer & Adobe ecosystem to take part in events and Customer marketing activities
  • Good knowledge of MarTech ecosystem and Adobe Experience Cloud solutions
  • Understanding of AI & Gen AI technologies and adoption for enterprise transformation
  • Outstanding executive presence and client communication skills, with ability to engage and encourage senior leaders
  • Excellent structured problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills, with expertise in conducting research, analyzing data, developing hypotheses, and crafting effective recommendations enthusiastic about the highest-value opportunities.
  • High degree of intellectual curiosity and ability to absorb new concepts quickly
  • 10 to 12+ years’ experience in the TME industries preferred
  • Ability to travel up to 30%
