As an ACO Water Management Design Services Technician, you will provide technical guidance and advice to customers on drainage and water management solutions, including preparing take-offs, value engineering and undertaking quality assurance from technical drawings.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical guidance and advice to customers on drainage and water management solutions, including preparing take-offs, value engineering and undertaking quality assurance from technical drawings.
About you

  • Proven experience in a customer focused role, preferably within the construction industry or a related business to business field.
  • A degree/HNC/HND in a relevant field, ideally civil engineering, or relevant experience in a similar role or industry. There may be the possibility of supporting a relevant Level 4 apprenticeship in this role depending on experience and subject to entry requirements.
  • Enthusiastic and motivated to provide market leading levels of customer service.
  • Effective problem-solving skills, including great attention to detail.
  • Ability to work within a team and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in, or adept in learning, MS Office applications and ERP software.
