A leading retail company in Gainsborough is seeking a Deputy Store Manager to help lead the store team and optimize sales results. • Together with the Store Manager you are responsible for optimizing store routines, store being ready for customers and reaching great results in sales
• Your main task will be to ensure weekly campaigns, sales attitude and create a positive, high energy environment where your team thrives

Qualifications

• 1-2 Years Supervisory / Senior Sales Experience would be advantageous
• 1-2 Years Retail Experience preferred but not essential

Additional Information

£27,000 Salary with OTE up to £34,830
