Deputy Room Leader – Nursery | Up to £29,000 | Full-Time (40 hours)

Our client is looking for a dedicated and caring Deputy Room Leader to join their friendly nursery team. With a Good Ofsted rating, a beautiful outdoor garden, and a learning-through-play approach, this nursery provides a supportive environment where both children and staff can thrive.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Early Years Educator or Nursery Practitioner looking to take the next step into leadership, while continuing to make a real difference in children’s early development.

What We’re Looking For
  • Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
  • Experience as a Deputy Room Leader, Nursery Practitioner, or Early Years Educator.
  • Good knowledge of the EYFS and child development.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • A caring, enthusiastic, and professional approach.
