Are you looking for a fun and varied job in hospitality? YHA Truleigh Hill are looking to recruit a Deputy Manager. YHA Truleigh Hill is located in the heart of the South Downs National Park, just 4 miles from Shoreham by Sea. The hostel has 52 beds, glamping (Safari Tents, Bell Tents and Land Pods) and a campsite; we also operate a seasonal café which is open to the general public. Located right on the South Downs Way, the hostel hosts many walkers, cyclists and also School Residentials.

As a Deputy Manager, you will be involved in all aspects of the job, including housekeeping, reception duties and also working in the kitchen. You will work alongside team members on a daily basis, offering support and guidance; as well as getting your hands dirty yourself! You will also be responsible for supporting the Hostel Manager in a number of management tasks, including placing orders, completing safety checks and managing guest requirements. Hours will vary depending on business levels; with a minimum of 25 hours a week this can increase to 40 hours a week in busy periods.
