A leading hospitality company in the United Kingdom seeks a skilled Demi Chef de Partie - Pastry. You'll be responsible for preparing and cooking pastry dishes to high standards. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in reputable establishments, strong pastry skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive under pressure.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or equivalent in 4* or 5* hotels.
  • Clear culinary career progression from qualification to entry level position.
  • Strong understanding of a variety of pastry/baking techniques.
  • Must be over 21 years old.
  • Must be fully Covid-19 vaccinated.
