Overview

Location: Leamington Spa  
Hours per Week: 16 hours with the opportunity to work more hours.
Shift pattern: Part-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends, which will be discussed further at interview.
Salary: £13.15 per hour

No two days are the same here at Savers and the ideal Savers Delivery Supervisor would ensure that they are ready to get stuck in and roll up their sleeves to ensure the store is fully stocked and maintained to a high level of presentation. Alongside your Store and Assistant manager, you will sprinkle your stardust whilst wearing the Savers uniform to help you manage and coach your delivery team to deliver exemplary results. We recognise you are the future leaders of Savers. The challenge doesn’t stop there – our DEL SUPs are well known in their store, as they are the unsung heroes of our valued stock that our customers love to buy.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure the store is fully stocked and maintained to a high level of presentation.
  • Support and coach the delivery team to deliver exemplary results, alongside the Store and Assistant Manager.
  • Be a visible presence in the store and contribute to the stock management and customer experience.
