We are seeking a results-driven Delegate Sales Executive to join the team. You will be responsible for proactive outreach to senior professionals to sell delegate passes for our events. This includes identifying and qualifying leads, engaging decision-makers, closing sales, and maintaining accurate records in our CRM. You'll manage a defined territory or product line, with direct client contact and the ability to negotiate terms. The role includes individual or team sales targets and performance-based incentives. Success requires strong communication skills and a solid understanding of our events, market, and customer needs.

Responsibilities
  • Engage potential delegates through phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Understand delegate needs and communicate relevant event benefits.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly engagement targets.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Collaborate with marketing and production teams to ensure aligned messaging.
  • Attend briefing sessions to understand event content and key value points.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships to encourage repeat participation.
  • Share feedback from delegates to help improve future event offerings.
Qualifications
  • Experience in sales, client engagement, or event promotion (international experience is a plus).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
