Job description
Customer Team Member

Location: Main Road, Wylam, NE41 8DN
Pay: £12.60 per hour
Contract: 16 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part time
Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (6am opening), afternoons, late evenings (10pm closing) and weekends, to be discussed at interview.
Full, paid training provided.

What you'll do
  • Friendly and thoughtful service – put customers first in everything you do: respond to queries, champion Co-op products and Membership, and do all you can to deliver a great shopping experience.
  • Work together to make everyone's day better – support your store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members.
  • Make sure the store is safe and legal – keep shelves stocked and ensure prices, dates, and temperatures are all as they should be.
  • Help introduce new products and services – make changes feel natural, share experiences with your colleagues so everyone learns together.
  • Support your local community – get involved in all kinds of activities and events!
