Responsibilities

  • Invite shoppers to take part in exciting blind tastings.
  • Follow simple instructions to prepare tasty products safely and hygienically.
  • Recruit shoppers and gather their opinions using questionnaires.
  • Work closely with a small, friendly team to run customer panels.
  • Accurately log feedback using spreadsheets and databases.
  • Attend training days and maintain food hygiene certifications.
  • Assist the Quality Team with ad-hoc customer testing.
  • Follow the Business Code of Conduct at all times.

Job Title: Customer Tasting Hub Facilitator

Contract: 12-month rolling

Rate: £13.36 per hour

Hours: Flexible - between 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM, Monday to Sunday (14‑37.5 hours per week). Part‑time AND Full‑time opportunities available.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Welcoming Customers: Invite shoppers to take part in exciting blind tastings.
  • Preparing Samples: Follow simple instructions to prepare tasty products safely and hygienically.
  • Collecting Feedback: Recruit shoppers and gather their opinions using questionnaires.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with a small, friendly team to run customer panels.
  • Data Recording: Accurately log feedback using spreadsheets and databases.
  • Training & Development: Attend training days and maintain certifications (including food hygiene).
  • Supporting Quality Testing: Assist the Quality Team with ad‑hoc customer testing when needed.
  • Acting with Integrity: Follow our Business Code of Conduct at all times.
What We're Looking For

  • Customer Service Experience: Previous customer-facing experience is essential.
  • Food Industry Background: Helpful but not required.
  • Basic Cooking Skills: Comfortable preparing simple products.

  • Training Provided: No food hygiene experience? No problem – we’ll train you!
