Customer Service Specialist

Location: Catford

Salary: £28,000

Contract: 5x days on site • Two month temporary role

We're looking for several Customer Service temps to support with a project for our client who is one of the leading providers of parking enforcement services. This is a two month Temporary position that could be extended. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Officer to join a Customer Service team.

What you'll be doing
  • Supporting the Customer Service Manager in the processing, maintaining and updating of parking correspondence, calls, permits and notices.
  • Ensuring customer enquiries are handled quickly and efficiently
  • Advising the public on payment/appeal methods and other issues regarding enforcement action taken on their vehicle.
What you'll need
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently when necessary
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Focus on issue resolution and maximising customer satisfaction
  • High level of computer literacy in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong administrative skills
