Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer service? Are you looking for a full time opportunity with a supportive team? We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative on behalf of our established client in Paignton.

Location - Easily accessible via local bus routes

Job Type: Temporary to Permanent position following a 12 week period.

Shift Pattern:

  • Full-time hours
  • 08:30 - 17:00
  • 30 Minute unpaid break

About the Role:

  • As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in delivering first‑class support to customers, both over the phone and through administrative tasks. You'll be the first point of contact for queries, ensuring all customer interactions are handled professionally and efficiently.

  • Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, or in-person
  • Handling general administrative duties and data entry
  • Updating customer records accurately
