Customer Relations Assistant, Wholesale & E-commerce

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
The role’s duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the below:
- Provide excellent customer service to all ASCENO e-tail customers via email, phone and WhatsApp communication
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
- Establishing our VIP client list and providing clientele services for product launches and holiday gifting, etc.
- Liaising with Wholesale agent on critical path and admin requirements:
- Managing Wholesale order entry, returns, etc.
- Sample management
- Wholesale asset management to agents or clients
- Uphold company policies as it relates to customer terms of sales
- Liaising with third party suppliers as it relates to customer orders (couriers, warehouse, etc.) inclusive of marketplace partners
- Develop and execute all ASCENO retail and client events inclusive of sample sales
- Provide input on seasonal marketing calendar across regions
- Maintain up to date records as needed for the business for operational purposes
- Manage client discounts and update this seasonally
- Compile by-style product selling reporting across wholesale & e-comm on a regular basis
- Support the marketing and press teams with admin of orders as needed
- Awareness of and adherence to company’s financial targets
Candidates must be / have:
- Excellent communicator both written and verbally – high level of experience working with customers
- Highly organized with great attention to detail
- Positive, can-do attitude with enthusiasm
- Excellent problem solver and negotiator
- Punctuality and professionalism
- Excellent Computer skills and confidence in working with spreadsheets – Google Workplace and/or Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Ability to put together visual reports to highlight performance is a plus
- Familiarity with Shopify and Zedonk software is a plus
