Project / Account Manager - Hybrid (3 days in office) - Salary: Circa £35,000 +/-

Are you a natural catalyst, someone who sparks momentum, inspires teams, and thrives on turning ideas into positive impact?

They’re looking for a Project / Account Manager to join a small but ambitious creative agency that lives and breathes sustainability . Everything they do is about helping organisations imagine, design and deliver a better, greener future.

This is a role for someone who’s about two years into their career, confident enough to own projects and client relationships, but still hungry to learn and grow . You’ll be the kind of person who’s more excited by brilliant creative ideas than by spreadsheets, but who can also manage timelines, budgets, and briefs with clarity and care.

What you’ll do

• Lead multiple projects from start to finish, managing budgets, timelines, and deliverables
• Build strong, trusted relationships with 6–7 active clients (and support on new business opportunities too)
• Be a champion for creative work that drives real-world change, protecting its quality while ensuring it lands on time and on budget
• Collaborate closely with a talented design team, keeping energy high, communication clear, and sustainability front of mind
• Bring a positive, proactive presence to the studio and represent the agency’s values inside and out

What we’re looking for

• Around 2 years of experience in a creative, design, or communications agency
• A passion for design and aesthetics, and a drive to make work that’s as beautiful as it is impactful ️
• Someone bright, articulate, resourceful, and intelligent
• A natural problem-solver who enjoys untangling complexity
• Happy working in a small, close-knit team, with lots of responsibility and visibility
• A cheery disposition, firm but fair, positive, proactive
