Overview

What you’ll be doing
  • Refurbishing and modernising overhead cranes, hoists and lifting equipment
  • Installing, inspecting, testing and commissioning cranes across different sites
  • Carrying out planned maintenance and follow-up service work to keep equipment running safely
  • Attending breakdowns, diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults, including PLC issues
  • Recording work with the latest reporting technology
What you\'ll need
  • Specialist experience with overhead travelling cranes, ideally with knowledge of cranes from major global manufacturers
  • Apprentice trained, with NVQ level 3 or above, ideally as a competent industrial electrician
