Job summary

A recruitment agency in the UK is seeking Cover Supervisors to work in secondary schools. The role requires delivering pre-set work in a positive classroom environment and supporting students. Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience working with children or vulnerable adults.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
• EWC registration or willingness to register.
• A calm, organised approach and excellent communication skills.
• A genuine passion for helping pupils succeed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-set work in the absence of a teacher.
• Maintain a focused, respectful classroom environment.
• Support pupils with questions and encourage discussion.
• Manage classroom behaviour and ensure safety.
• Collect completed work and report on the session.
• Be a positive role model for students.

Cover Supervisors Wanted - Step Into the Classroom & Make a Difference!

Location: Secondary Schools - Bridgend

Daily Rate: From £100+ per day

Hours: 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM | Monday to Friday

Contract: Flexible, Term-Time Only
