You’ll sit at the heart of the Birmingham tax team, supporting complex advisory and higher-risk compliance work, acting as a trusted adviser to clients and a mentor to the team.
Your day-to-day will involve collaborating with Partners, other service lines, and clients, influencing strategy, spotting opportunities, and helping shape the future of the regional tax offering.

Qualifications (ACA / CTA or equivalent) are important - but attitude, credibility, and relationship skills matter just as much.
