At PPHE Hotel Group, we’re looking for a Corporate Receptionist and Admin Assistant to be the welcoming face of our London Head Office and a key support to our regional team.

As our Corporate Receptionist and Admin Assistant, you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.

What you’ll be doing as a Corporate Receptionist and Admin Assistant:

  • Greeting and assisting guests, clients, and team members professionally in a well-maintained reception environment.
  • Act as a number 2 delegate to the Office Manager.
  • Manage the main telephone switchboard and handle calls professionally.
  • Support with travel arrangements and VP diary management.
  • Support with office activities.
  • Control intercom access and guide guests appropriately.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and ad hoc projects.
  • Manage office meeting rooms, including setup and temperature control.
  • Organise breakfast, lunches, and refreshments for meetings.
  • Replenish refreshments and handle incoming mails and deliveries.
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and clerical duties.
  • Manage access control and biometric card processes.
  • Be familiar with fire safety and crisis procedures; fire marshal and first aid training provided.

About you:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
  • Experience in diary management.
  • Professional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and multitasking.
  • A positive attitude and passion for service.
