Job description

Are you a recent graduate who is looking for a temporary position until securing your dream position? This role could be ideal! My Client, a contemporary, sophisticated and luxuriant business based in Tewkesbury, are looking for a full time Corporate Account Executive to join them on a temporary basis up until Christmas Eve.

You will need to be available to work until Friday 23rd December to be considered for this role.

Responsibilities:
  1. Dealing with customer enquiries both via telephone and online
  2. Process orders and deal with a complexity of customer enquiries
  3. Ensuring that all customers receive an excellent level of service
  4. Providing assistance to other departments when required
  5. Assisting with other duties as requested by the Customer Service Team Leader
  6. Ensuring all relevant information is passed to individual staff utilising a contact database
  7. Assisting in ensuring satisfaction with the service is monitored and ensuring feedback is acted upon to achieve a customer focused service
  8. Ensuring that all customers both internally and externally are provided with a high quality service and are at all times treated with dignity and in accordance with their individual needs
Essentials:
  1. Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers at all levels
  2. Ability to use mathematics to solve order calculations
  3. Ability to undertake a diverse range of customer based services both by direct contact and through the support of other staff
  4. Knowledge of computerised systems and high level of keyboard skills
  5. Experience in a similar role with multi-functional office/customer interface environment
  6. Ability to be flexible regarding workloads and varying circumstances, work to targets and record information accurately, clearly and concisely
