You'll advise a diverse client base—including developers, funders, contractors, and public sector bodies—on procurement strategies, contract drafting and negotiation, and project delivery. Profile

You are a UK-qualified solicitor with 3+ years\' PQE in non-contentious construction law. You have strong technical skills, commercial awareness, and a proactive, team-oriented approach. You should have experience in the below areas:

  • Draft and negotiate construction contracts, including JCT and NEC forms.
  • Provide legal advice on development agreements, warranties, and bonds.
  • Advise clients on procurement strategies and risk management in construction projects.
  • Support clients in navigating regulatory and compliance issues in construction law.
  • Conduct due diligence on construction-related transactions.
