Qualifications

• Bachelor degree holder or equivalent in biology, conservation, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in leading and managing conservation programs.
• Solid experience in animal care and training is advantageous.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Park's conservation actions.
• Champion biodiversity and sustainability with stakeholders.
• Lead and manage various biodiversity conservation initiatives.
• Develop conservation strategic plans and proposals.
• Support staff training in animal care and welfare.
