Job Title: Conference Producer

Location: Victoria, London. Hybrid (three days in office)

We are an entrepreneurial business and a market leader recently celebrating our 50-year anniversary. With offices in New York, Toronto, Sydney, Berlin and Singapore, every year we deliver around 1500 events across the globe.

The Role

The Conference Producer is at the heart of what we do. You will identify topics through in-depth market research, write and produce a commercially viable conference agenda that offers excellent relationship building, knowledge transfer and BD opportunities for delegates, sponsors and speakers. Becoming a Subject Matter Expert, project managing, and fostering strong relationships is key.

Responsibilities
  • Deep research, keeping ahead of trends and gaining insights by staying in contact with the community
  • Strategy and project management
  • Copywriting and producing conference agendas
  • Speaker acquisition
  • Delivering marketing strategies, formulating marketing copy, forging media partnerships
  • Working closely with and briefing the sales teams
  • Working closely with clients- speakers, sponsors and delegates, to ensure the smooth running of events from product development to onsite delivery
  • Ensuring conferences run to schedule, within budget
  • Public speaking- opening the conference and addressing a large audience
Requirements
  • Commercial acumen
