Overview

We are seeking an experienced compliance professional to take a lead role in supporting the delivery of building safety and compliance work. This is a senior position within the team, acting as the key interface with clients (Managing Agent) and ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standard in line with the latest regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Lead on all aspects of building safety and compliance, ensuring delivery of Building Safety Case (BSC) and related work.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing confidence and clarity in the compliance process.
  • Work closely with the senior leadership team to shape compliance strategy and processes.
  • Oversee coordination of compliance projects, ensuring alignment with Building Safety Act (BSA) requirements and latest industry regulations.
  • Represent the business externally, attending client meetings and ensuring the organisation is seen as a trusted partner.
The Person
  • Proven track record in Block Management, with strong understanding of compliance requirements under the Building Safety Act.
  • Experienced in liaising directly with clients, providing assurance and leadership on compliance-related matters.
  • Strong knowledge of the latest building safety regulations and ability to translate these into practical delivery.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to work confidently with senior teams and external partners.
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities at senior level.
Package
  • Competitive salary reflective of seniority and experience.
  • Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm. (Two days per week)
  • Based at The Building Centre, 26 Store Street, London WC1E 7BT.
