A community health service provider is seeking an administrative support professional. The role involves traveling to clinics and schools to assist in immunization programs across Suffolk and North East Essex. Key responsibilities include maintaining patient records, handling queries, and ensuring effective communication. This role is a fixed term maternity cover post, which will provide administrative support to the Suffolk and North East Essex Community and School Aged Immunisation Service. The Service delivers a variety of immunisations across the area of Suffolk and North East Essex in a range of venues for all age groups.
The successful candidate will need to travel to support community clinics and school sessions across Suffolk and North East Essex, and work in the office to provide administrative support to the planning and management of school and clinic vaccination clinics. There will also be telephone queries and clinic bookings from a variety of service users.
