We are currently recruiting for a Commis Chef to join the kitchen brigade at a beautiful venue near Wokingham. The Commis Chef will assist in the preparation and service of food on their given section for multiple outlets, ensuring that the highest standards are maintained at all times.

The Person

The ideal Commis Chef will have the following :

• Solid experience in a fresh food kitchen as an apprentice or Commis Chef
• Experience in banqueting would be beneficial
• A creative approach to seasonally changing menus and a busy multi outlet operation
• High standards of cleanliness, stock control, and task prioritisation.
