Description

The Commercial Property Solicitor will deal with a range of work and responsibilities including;

  • Managing a caseload of property work including lease renewals, grant of leases, renewals, assignments and terminations.
  • Providing strategic advice to clients on property law
  • Working closely with the client and IT professionals to make sure the legal work is delivered to a high service
  • Helping junior team members and contribute to the overall success of the legal department.
Profile

The successful Commercial Property Solicitor should have / be;

  • A Solicitor likely to be around 3-8 years PQE
  • A background in commercial property law gained within private practice or In-house
  • Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
