Location: Daventry

Salary: Up to £52,000 per annum based on experience plus £4,000 car allowance.

Contract Type: Permanent

The Partnership Development Manager Role:

As a PDM, you’ll be at the heart of our customer engagement strategy—developing and nurturing strong networks with commissioners and key stakeholders. Your mission? To establish new partnerships, enhance existing ones, and drive commercial outcomes that matter.

About the role:

• Managing a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring strong, productive relationships.

• Driving sales activity and reducing transactional delays through proactive communication.

• Supporting the development and execution of strategic account plans.

• Generating new business enquiries and identifying unmet needs and growth opportunities.

• Collaborating with our marketing team to promote NCG’s services and brand at events and exhibitions.

• Leading on fee and service negotiations, ensuring optimal commercial terms.

• Supporting bid writing, service commissioning, and the assessment of new growth opportunities.
