About The Role
As the Commercial Manager, you will lead initiatives to grow our balances, focusing on Balance Transfers, Money Transfers, and Instalment Plans. This role is crucial for driving growth, optimizing profitability, and enhancing customer value across these journeys.
You will manage end-to-end campaigns, collaborating with teams in Analytics, Tech, CRM, System Delivery, and Operations to deliver competitive, compliant, and customer-centric solutions in a fast-paced setting.
This strategic, data-driven role involves analyzing customer behavior and cohort performance to inform campaign design, improve lifecycle strategies, and enhance customer experience. You will ensure seamless, personalized, and performance-driven touchpoints across these programs.
