A Facilities Services company is seeking a Commercial Gas Engineer to cover London and surrounding areas. The role offers a salary of up to £55,000 with door-to-door travel pay and a company van with a fuel card. Candidates must have relevant Commercial Gas qualifications and proven experience in servicing and maintaining commercial boilers. You'll be responsible for plumbing repairs and installing systems, ensuring high-quality work and customer service standards. 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays included.

Qualifications

• Must have all relevant Commercial Gas qualifications such as COCN1, ICPN1, TPCP1A.
• Experience with commercial boilers, gas-fired water heaters, and AHUs is required.
• A full UK driving licence is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Servicing and maintaining commercial boilers and plumbing systems.
• Installing and repairing unvented cylinders, valves, and pumps.
• Carrying out minor plumbing works where required.

Are you a Commercial Gas Engineer experienced in planned and reactive maintenance, and happy to carry out remedial, small, and minor installation works?

This Facilities Services company has recently secured several new contracts across London and the surrounding areas and is looking for a skilled engineer to join their expanding team.

You will be responsible for :

Servicing and maintaining commercial boilers, gas-fired AHUs, plumbing, and hot water systems

Installing and repairing unvented cylinders, valves, and pumps

Carrying out minor plumbing works where required

Producing high-quality work and maintaining excellent customer service standards Requirements

All relevant Commercial Gas qualifications (COCN1, ICPN1, TPCP1A, etc.)

Proven experience working on boilers, gas-fired water heaters, burners, AHUs, and radiant heaters

Strong understanding of plant room systems, including pumps, valves, fans, and pressurisation sets

Full UK driving licence What's on Offer

Salary : Up to £55,000 (based on 40 hours per week)
