Overview

Promote a positive learning environment, which facilitates the development and educational needs of staff, utilising all available learning opportunities and resources. To be responsive to service developments, developing and implementing relevant clinical skills training to support rapid implementation. To demonstrate initiative and resourcefulness in developing and delivery clinical skills training in the community setting. Lead on provision of clinical skills education for staff, patients, and carers to meet the specific needs of housebound patients including but not limited to end of life care, pressure care and bowel/bladder/tracheostomy care. Lead and promote high quality care by supporting the development and the delivery of clinical skills packages for staff.
