Express Recruitment are proud to be working in partnership with a well-established professional services business, who are looking to recruit an experienced Client Relationship Manager to join their growing Business Development team. This is a key role focused on managing relationships, driving pipeline growth and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction across a varied portfolio.

The successful candidate will take ownership of key client accounts, acting as a trusted partner while identifying opportunities to develop existing relationships and maximise new business opportunities. This role would suit someone with a strong background in account management, relationship management or sales within a professional or technical environment.

  • Build, manage and develop strong relationships with key decision makers across an allocated client portfolio
  • Identify growth opportunities and areas to improve service delivery through a partnership-led approach
  • Manage client pipelines, forecasting instruction delivery and providing regular updates to senior stakeholders
  • Act as the main point of contact for client concerns, escalating issues early and recommending solutions
  • Liaise closely with internal teams to ensure service delivery expectations are met and clients are kept informed
