Overview

Client Project Manager

Partnering exclusively with a CDMO based in the heart of South Wales, we are hiring for a brand new Project Manager.

This business has gone from strength to strength and given recent investment, there is now a focus on driving new business and developing existing customer relationships. There is an increasing client demand for their specific services and this furthers their need for high quality client focused Project Managers.

The Project Manager will take a crucial position as the key point of contact for new and existing clients. Overseeing the onboarding of new projects onto the facility, from R&D through to Manufacturing, this position will be the centre point of multiple stakeholders, both internally and externally.

Working closely with all departments on a commercial and technical level, this function has a key responsibility in managing client experience and expectations.

Responsibilities

The Project Manager will act as the primary liaison for new and existing clients, coordinating onboarding of projects from R&D through Manufacturing and aligning multiple stakeholders across the organisation and externally.

Collaborate with all departments on commercial and technical levels to manage client experience and expectations.

Act as the centre point of contact for client relationships, ensuring timely communication and onboarding milestones are met.

Qualifications
  • Experienced project manager within pharmaceutical, food, nutraceutical or packaging industries – other related markets can be considered.
  • Established track record as a client facing project manager – at least 3-4 years of experience
  • Understanding and exposure to contract manufacturing is a strong advantage
  • Appreciation of GMP and strict SOP processes
  • Capability to act as a strong stakeholder manager
