Responsibilities

• Delegate tasks to cleaning operatives and monitor performance.
• Provide training and refresher training as required.
• Address cleaning defects or issues on the shop floor.
• Complete health & safety check paperwork and maintain training records.
• Ensure compliance with company standards.
