The Role:

They are seeking a talented Civil Engineer with 3+ years of experience who shares their passion for sustainable design and impactful engineering.

Essential Experience:

  • Proficiency in MicroDrainage/InfoDrainage and Civil 3D.
  • Experience developing SuDS strategies and preparing Flood Risk Assessments.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and communicate design solutions collaboratively.
  • Prepare design drawings, calculations, and reports.
  • Respond to client and stakeholder queries.
  • Attend meetings, present ideas, and coordinate with design teams.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to professional development.

Additional Experience:

  • Hard landscaping pavement design.
  • Section 38/278 highway works (preferred but not essential).
