Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in information security or risk management, including at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership capacity.
• Experience in manufacturing or critical infrastructure environments is preferred.
• Proven success managing outsourced security operations and internal compliance teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the enterprise cybersecurity strategy aligned with IT roadmap.
• Act as principal advisor to CIO and executive leadership on cybersecurity risk.
• Integrate security into IT projects and digital transformation initiatives.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and report findings to CIO and executive leadership.
• Oversee the company’s Managed Security Provider for effective monitoring and incident response.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
